- Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic vision and annual priorities, leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that advance business development, innovation, and corporate growth.
- Conduct and present market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform executive decision-making.
- Oversee the development and execution of operational processes and programs, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive OKRs, and Board of Directors reporting.
- Run the company’s operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings), ensuring effective follow-through on action items and organizational alignment.
- Establish and maintain robust project management frameworks to track progress on strategic initiatives and deliver timely results.
- Prepare briefing documents, issue summaries, pre-reads, talking points, and strategy positioning materials for the CEO.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare for key meetings and engagements, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Create synthesis and actionable insights from complex information, enabling informed executive decisions.
- Act as a trusted partner to functional leaders, fostering collaboration and alignment on company-wide initiatives.
- Identify and drive talent development opportunities, supporting succession planning and leadership development across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Strategy Leader, or Revenue Operator supporting senior executives in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading or influencing global, cross-functional GTM initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization, with comfort engaging across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple complex projects with precision and urgency.
- Strategic thinker who translates vision into execution and ensures organizational alignment with track record of driving impactful decision through data driven insights.
- Operates with ownership, discretion, and high emotional intelligence; skilled at navigating sensitive and confidential matters.
- Proven ability to build trust and alignment across C-suite and functional leaders.
- Thrives in ambiguity, with a solutions-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Able to foster constructive dialogue while maintaining focus and accountability.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $187,000 to $249,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
